Robert McNary Photos
In early November Brian, Helen, Tim, Lola & I had professional photos taken at our house for holiday cards and gifts. We’d like to make the gallery avaliable to view and if you’re interested, order any additional photos. There are a few that perfectly capture Lola’s personality.

year 1 checkup
Lola’s first birthday checkup was this past Tuesday, she had five vaccinations (she was very unhappy) followed by a blood draw (very, very unhappy). The blood test is standard practice to test for lead and iron levels (she is mildly anemic). Dr. Coughlin was pleased and noted you can see her gears turning, in other words, she’s engaged. We’ll return in 3 months for a follow up iron test in the meantime, new vitamins and beef!
The stats:
Weight – 21.3 pounds, 75 percentile
Height – 31″, 95 percentile
ps – we’ve discontinued reflux meds, she has a number of molars coming in which have upset her nap schedule tremendously, she returns to school tomorrow after two weeks home with me 
and she was officially weaned from the bottle three nights ago, I think we miss it more than she does.
