OMSI with the aunties
Lola’s aunt Alison & aunt Lindsay have been in Portland all week these photos are from our visit to OMSI.
The Children’s Museum
On Saturday we visited the Children’s Museum for the first time, it’s much larger than we expected and while Lola was slightly overwhelmed she very much enjoyed herself.
Halloween 08′
Lola was very fond of the pumpkins. She said goodnight to them every night & good morning every morning. She would say (while waving) “bye pumpkins, bye kitty, shrek, Obamamama”. The first photo looks a little American Gothic but …. best I could do!
As you can tell she liked her strawberry costume very much, she & I drove out to Tim’s office to trick or treat. We realized it was her first experience with candy & it definitely gave her a sense of purpose. She boldly wandered into each cubicle and said “tick or teet”, they oooh’d and ahhh’d and she thanked them and marched on.
