Christmas, Turning 3 & First Snow of the Season
One of the very few Christmas morning photos. Lola was really into Christmas this year, there was so much excitement & chaos we didn’t capture many moments on camera.
Lola turned 3 years old yesterday! We celebrated by going to the Laurelwood for dinner – in a lucky twist of fate they serve strawberry cake (the flavor she’d been requesting). When we arrived home we played Tinkerbell dress-up!
This afternoon the sky opened up and 3 inches of snow fell in under two hours. Lola took the opportunity to sport her winter apparel and practice her snowball shaping skills.
Portland Zoo
Lola & I had some time just before Christmas and decided to visit the Portland Zoo with Ada & her mom Christina.
Holiday Mayhem
I’m sorry I’ve been delinquent in getting photos up. In part it’s the inherit activity the holiday season brings but also, with the chilly weather we simply don’t get as many pictures during the winter months. We’re working on it!
